Product shipping
Our Company ships products to Greece and Europe, regardless of their weight or volume. In addition, we can ship products with your own shipping company and upon agreement.
Our e-shop calculates the transportation costs of the products you wish to purchase, for each shipping / collection method selected. So after you select the products you wish to purchase in the product cart and their shipping / collection method, the e-shop displays the total transportation cost to your destination.
The following describes how to calculate the transportation cost of the products, in each case.
Shipping methods in Greece
The available shipping methods for products to Greece are as follows:
1. Pickup from our physical store, if you are in our area
2. Shipping with the courier company ELTAcourier throughout Greece
3. Shipping with your own courier or a transport company with which you cooperate
Shipping with courier
In any other case, the products are shipped with the courier service ELTAcourier and you receive them, in most areas of Greece in 1-3 days from your order, while in inaccessible or remote areas, in 3-5 days.
The shipping cost for products weighing up to 2 kilos is €3.70 including VAT, while for each additional kilo of weight the charge is €1.30 per kilo.
For orders with a product value of more than 89.00€ including VAT, the shipping of products by courier is FREE for all of Greece.
Shipping with your own carrier.
In addition, there is the possibility of choosing your own shipping company through the shopping cart. In this case, you are fully responsible for the shipping costs. The receipt of your order by your own courier will be carried out only from our company headquarters and at your own instruction. In order to avoid errors and omissions in this case, our Company's sales manager will contact you by phone.

The Company can serve customers in Europe through ELTA Hellenic Post. Shipping costs vary depending on the weight and volume of the products.
